At M3, our mission is straightforward: Make Merchants Money.

Online advertising has become cluttered, untrustworthy, and boring. So M3 created something better called Brand Commerce.

Brand Commerce carefully pairs brands with retailers. This gives a new way for marketers to connect with interested customers to tell stories that resonate.

Our Founders

Michael Cassidy is an entrepreneur who has started and exited multiple companies. He founded and served as Undertone CEO for 14 years (acquired by Perion). He created a family office (August Spark) to make direct investments, including purchasing BVA, the largest Shopify Plus agency in the US (acquired by Accenture).  Michael was an E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award Recipient and subsequent judge for the competition and has been a YPO member since 2008.

Greg Stellato has launched and scaled products across digital-out-of-home, social, and programmatic advertising. He helped launch Criteo's SSP and led Adyoulike's transformation from a single native ad provider into a full-fledged SSP, leading to its acquisition by OpenWeb.

Together, they lead M3 in its mission to unlock new revenue streams for retailers while creating impactful opportunities for brands to reach audiences when they're most open to new ideas.
